Please retain your invoice on your purchase, and send us a copy with the original phone case. If we cannot repair it in our workshop, we will send you a brand-new replacement. All you’ll have to cover is the shipment cost. Please note new replacement may not be the exact model as your previous purchase, it depends on stock availability at that moment.
